Paula Azevedo teaches at the Instituto Macrobiótico de Portugal (IMP), where she is responsible for practical and theoretical modules in the Macrobiotic Culinary and Macrobiotic courses.
She cooks regularly at IMP and has participated since 2012 at ZIMP Festival, where she has worked as chef between 2015 and 2017.
She was Francisco Varatojo’s assistant in the Food and Lifestyle Orientation sessions offered by IMP, including post-consultation follow-ups.
She completed the Culinary course (2010) and the 3-year Macrobiotic Studies course (2010-2013), and concluded the Consultant Training Program in the Counseling and Communication Specialization Course (2013), also at IMP.
She suspended her Engineering practice in 2014 and since then she has lived for three years in Maputo and has extended her training at the macrobiotic restaurant Satori and the Musso School, of Tomio Kikushi (São Paulo).
She collaborates occasionally with other projects and, more recently, she has worked at Moagem/Mó Bistrô (Aljezur) and at Natural´Mente Makrobiotik Bio Restaurant (Berlin).
In 2017 she started her Pilates Method course in Barcelona, continuing her training with Polestar Pilates, Professional Education, Teaching to Heal Though Movement, at Pilates Studio Filipa Mayer.
